To improve our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and Services, we may obtain limited information from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and other third parties. This may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent or behavior data, Internet Protocol addresses, social media profiles, and custom profiles for targeted advertising and event promotion.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We do not keep personal information longer than the period in which a user has an active account unless there is a legitimate legal or business need.
When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible, such as when information is stored in backup archives, we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly sell their personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor dependent and consent to that dependent’s use of the Services.
If we learn that personal information from a person under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete it promptly. If you become aware of information we may have collected from a child under 18, please contact us using the details in Section 12.
9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or request data portability. You may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send nonmarketing communications necessary to administer accounts, respond to service requests, or provide required notices.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track setting that can signal a preference not to have online browsing activity monitored. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing these signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a standard that we must follow is adopted, we will describe that practice in a revised Privacy Notice. Where required by law, we recognize applicable opt-out preference signals for the browser and device that sends the signal.
11. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. The revised version will be identified by an updated date and will be effective when posted.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice through the Services or by sending a notification where appropriate. We encourage you to review this notice periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 12 and describe the request clearly. We will verify and respond to your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and within the time required by law.

5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
If you register or sign in using a supported third-party account, we may receive profile information from that provider. The information received varies by provider and may include your name, email address, profile image, and other information you choose to make public or authorize the provider to share.
We use that information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or otherwise made clear through the Services. We do not control a third-party provider’s use of your personal information. Please review the provider’s privacy notice to understand how it collects, uses, and shares information and how to manage your privacy preferences.
